atm i'm training range at the ThZaar things.
1: they drop onyx bolt tips and other stuff...
2: they are also good xp...

Tzhaar is like the worst place to train ranged.
I'd advise that you go to yaks, located on neitznot (after the completion of fremmnik isles quest), Use iron darts. Alternative monsters are lv 25 experiments (after "creature of ferkenstein") and rock crabs, east of relleka. this is about 65k an hour
If you are looking for a quiker yet more expensive way, use red chinchompas on the lv 120 or so skeletons in that dungeon at ape atoll. its around 250k exp an hour, but it costs 300k an hour.
Other than that, you can use a cannon at the ankous in the stronghold, you only lose about 10k per 1k cannonballs used, but you get around 50 gold charms as well. 1k cannonballs takes around 25 minutes.

true, but iron darts aren't that diferent than bronze, so use bronze it's cheaper...
